At Chemring Nobel, we supply products for a wide range of applications and through close cooperation we can tailor products specifically for your needs.

Energetic materials are applied in high technology markets and the requirements on performance, safety and reliability of final products are very strict.

Manufacturing applications

Pressing

Chemring Nobel manufactures a wide range of explosive formulations designed for pressing applications.  We have significant experience in providing coated and tailor made pressing powders for different customer requirements.

Melt Cast

Chemring Nobel has more than 40 years of experience in producing melt castable explosive formulations with optimized flow behaviour and sedimentation properties.

Cast Cure and Cast Cure Pre-mixes

Chemring Nobel has significant experience in producing consistent crystal size distributions required to avoid mixing problems. Pure crystals or precoated explosive compositions can be delivered according to customer requirements.

Extruding & Plastic

Chemring Nobel manufactures plastics explosives, including compositions specially made for extrudation processes. Plastic explosives are added with taggant according to international regulations.
